The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) has issued a formal notice confirming that new supplier licensing and registration rules will take full effect on December 24. The deadline marks the end of a two-year transition period for companies providing essential goods and services to licensed operators in the jurisdiction.
Supplier Licensing Requirements
All domestic suppliers delivering essential goods or services to licensed operators must obtain a CGA supplier licence before the December 24 deadline passes. The authority's notice establishes this date as the final cutoff for compliance with the updated regulatory framework.
The transition period allowed suppliers time to prepare documentation and meet the CGA's licensing criteria. Once the deadline passes, the new rules will apply in full without further extension.
