Aviatrix Launches iGaming Metaverse and Monthly Game Release Plan

Aviatrix, a developer known for its 2022 flagship crash game, is transitioning into a multi-title studio. Co-founder Mikalai Pobal announced the launch of an iGaming Metaverse ecosystem designed to link player progression across multiple games.

The studio originally established the crash gaming category with its eponymous title, which features aircraft-themed mechanics and social interaction. Four years after the initial launch, the game maintains tens of thousands of daily active users. To support further growth, the company is shifting focus from a single product to a broader portfolio where rewards and achievements transfer between titles.

Scaling Production and Operations

Expanding the roadmap requires significant internal restructuring. The studio aims to release up to one new game per month, a pace that demands dedicated development teams and refined processes. Mikalai Pobal noted that the transition affects design, marketing, and account management departments.

"The biggest change in the company has been the amount of new activities that we had to identify, describe and fine-tune," Pobal stated. "As with everything, it will soon become a standard routine for everyone."

Previously, the business operated with a structure optimized for a single product. The current phase involves strategic hiring and workload redistribution to accommodate the increased output.
